1.c) In this contract the site www.lab-oroi.it will be called "Site" and is always implicitly indicated as the exclusive property of Rosanna Berti.
2. The commercial philosophy
2.a) The publication of the products on our site constitutes an invitation to the customer to formulate a purchase proposal and this proposal will have contractual value, and once formulated it will entail complete knowledge and acceptance of the conditions contained in this regulation. 3. Payment terms

Gold items will be shipped accompanied by our certificate of authenticity or guarantee. The duration of the warranties is that regulated by law, and covers all manufacturing defects. For the coverage of the guarantees, please refer to the provisions of the same. The reimbursement will always and in any case only be paid to the person who made the payment and in no case to other parties, not even in the case of a gift to third parties.

7. Right of withdrawal

If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, the company Rosanna Berti will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 50% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
7c). Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, the company Rosanna Berti will reimburse the customer the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods, within 30 days of his return, by means of a transfer of the amount to by bank transfer. 7d) The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the company Rosanna Berti ascertains:

• the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);
• damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the company Rosanna Berti will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
d) Finally, according to the consumer code (Legislative Decree 206/05), it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the items purchased have been made on request or customized (for example: engravings or other changes requested to hoc).
