In accordance with the Consumer Code, if you have changed your mind about your purchase you can return the products within 14 days from the date you receive the order.

NB Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for made-to-measure or clearly personalized products according to the customer's specifications, including custom-made jewelry, with personalized engravings, size changes requested by the customer, or made using materials and stones provided by the customer.

Return conditions

To accept the return, the products must meet these conditions:

They must be intact, never used or damaged.
They must be sent back in their original packaging, complete with all labels and accessories.
The parcel must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer. You can choose the courier you prefer.

Refund

Once we receive the parcel at our workshop and verify the integrity of the products, we will issue the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit card, PayPal, etc.).
