You can pay with your card on PayPal even without an account
In accordance with the Consumer Code, if you have changed your mind about your purchase you can return the products within 14 days from the date you receive the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the procedure is fully digital and starts from your account; if you chose not to register, no worries, just contact me on WhatsApp at +393297668301 .
1. Log in to your account: Click the Login / Sign in button at the top right of our website.
2. Go to your orders: Enter your reserved area and select "My orders" (or Order History)
3. Select the order: Find the purchase you want to return and click the "Request Return" button (the button is visible only if the order has been delivered and you are within the time limits set by law).
4. Choose the products: Select the items you want to return, indicate the reason (optional) and confirm sending the request.
5. Wait for approval: You will receive a confirmation email from us with instructions to prepare the parcel.
Return conditions
To accept the return, the products must meet these conditions:
- They must be intact, never used or damaged.
- They must be sent back in their original packaging, complete with all labels and accessories.
- The parcel must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer. You can choose the courier you prefer.
Refund
Once we receive the parcel in our workshop and verify the integrity of the products, we will issue the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit card, PayPal, etc.).
